"Mormons! I need you!"
"Disobedient Missionary" for his costume
November 4, 2018"Hey guys, not much happened this week that's worth talking about... but I'll try my best to "entertain" you guys for a little bit :)
On Tuesday I was in prison. And by that I mean, I was locked inside because there was a Typhoon. It wasn't anything super crazy. I never felt like I was in danger or anything. But it was SUPER boring! I took a lot of naps, my companion and I played cards and chess... I learned how bad I am at chess. One game he beat me in like 10 moves. Oh yeah, I also studied haha! But yeahhhh what a wasted day! Haha
A couple days ago I had an encounter with a drunk guy.... he was laying down on the floor, and couldn't get up. When he saw my companion and I he goes "AY! MISSIONARIES! HELP ME!" So naturally me and my companion just kept walking, haha. He continues to yell at us -- "MORMONS! I NEED YOU! I NEED YOUUUUUU!" He yelled for us for a good 5 minutes probably. It was hard not to laugh at him.
Buuuuuut yeah that about sums up my week... sorry it's not much! I hope you all had a great Halloween! I was a disobedient missionary for my costume! Love and miss you all!
Elder McDonald"
- Kyle said the storm wasn't bad and he was bored. He said the power would come off and on. He also said the wind from the storm was worse than we get in windy Tri-Cities.
- For those of you who were wondering about the "ghost," he says, "I'm pretty sure she's not a ghost... sayong (what a shame).
- I asked him what his favorite food is so far and he said sisig. "It's a more spicy ulam. Ulam is just something you eat with rice."

Pictures of Elder McDonald during the tropical storm (or prison as he says)
He moved his mattress to the living room. Lol
Glad to see him do some studying. Haha
